Formatting regularly your Hard Disk doesn't affect the Life of the Hard Disk.

Everyday you install some files, software and many more programs and also deletes some files etc which Doesn't affect the Hard Disk.

Formatting is same as removing the Files etc.

So, Formatting a Hard Disk doesn't affect the Life of the Hard Disk.
